the KTA Whalssogi, I would like to join the
Int. Whalssogi Associates when possible.
Do you have information for me how to do this.
When Choi returned to Korea, the Tae Soo Do Association was operating officially as a member of the Korea Sports Union. In a cunning move, Choi joined the existing organization and became its president. Soon thereafter, he suggested changing the organization’s name.
